Over the past 20 years, Howard has delivered an extensive array of probity advice and procurement related assignments for a variety of commercial and government clients. These assignments have included large infrastructure acquisition, divestment and investment projects, electronic commerce projects, building acquisitions and relocations, mergers and acquisitions.
He currently chairs the joint IAMA, ACS and PMI committee on dispute management in the ICT industry. He is also a part time lecturer in Law at UNSW and holds a Professional Certificate in Commercial Arbitration.
Howard holds a Bachelor of Mathematics (Computer Science), a Masters in Mathematics and Masters in Commercial Law.
His Certifications and Memberships include CISA, Accredited Mediator (NADRAC), Graded Arbitrator, MIAMA, MACLA and PMI.
