James Smart brings more than 15 years of executive and senior management experience in the NSW Government, together with extensive assurance and advisory experience across Commonwealth, state and local government.
He combines senior public-sector leadership, deep assurance expertise and practical judgement to help agencies strengthen governance arrangements, manage risk and deliver better organisation, team and project outcomes.
James is recognised for producing clear, technically sound analysis and practical recommendations tailored to each department’s or agency’s operating environment.
He holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting; Human Resource Management), University of Technology Sydney and Fellow, CPA Australia (FCPA)
