Jennifer has an extensive background in project management, research and policy development, particularly in the fields of workforce development and vocational education and training. She has worked with a wide range of industry bodies, NSW government agencies and local governments across her 40-year career. She has undertaken many projects involving training needs analysis, learning and development, stakeholder engagement and evaluation of products and services. She has mostly recently worked with the local government and water industries on initiatives to attract, develop and retain a skilled workforce.
