Scott has led complex operational audits, conducted quality reviews of internal audit functions, and facilitated over 40 enterprise risk assessments for agencies including the NSW Rural Fire Service, Cancer Institute NSW, Juvenile Justice NSW, and the NSW Crime Commission. Scott has also developed risk management frameworks and policies, and trained more than 150 public officials in effective risk and governance practice.
