He has qualifications in Government Investigations, Accounting, Internal Auditing and Risk Management. He also has forty plus years’ experience in senior roles across the government and consulting sector as an Investigator, Head of Governance, Chief Audit Executive, Chief Risk Officer, and management consultant.
He has investigated allegations of integrity breaches, misconduct, and fraud in both Local Councils and State Agencies. His approach to investigations is meticulous and evidence-based, characterised by objectivity, rigorous analysis, and sound, defensible conclusions.
