Centium is prequalified to deliver Management Advisory Services to Commonwealth entities via the Whole-of-Australian-Government (WoAG) Management Advisory Services (MAS) Panel (SON3751667).
The MAS Panel is a coordinated procurement managed by the Department of Finance, providing agencies with streamlined access to specialist providers such as Centium.
Although formally titled the Management Advisory Services (MAS) Panel, the arrangement is commonly used by Commonwealth entities to procure a broad range of consultancy services, including internal audit, risk, governance and compliance advisory.
Use of the panel is mandatory for Non-Corporate Commonwealth Entities (NCEs), while Corporate Commonwealth Entities and Commonwealth companies may opt in via a Deed of Participation.
Centium delivers MAS Panel services across internal audit, strategic risk management, fraud and corruption controls, business continuity planning, and probity advisory and probity auditing (non-legal).
Centium is a proudly Australian-owned and operated small-to-medium enterprise (SME). We are committed to supporting the objectives of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, including the Australian Government’s policy to source from SMEs and Australian suppliers, especially for procurements under the relevant SME threshold.
As an Australian SME, Centium:
By engaging Centium, agencies can be confident they are meeting the intent of the CPRs to support Australian SMEs and contribute to a strong local supply chain.
For procurements under $125,000, agencies may be able to engage SME suppliers more efficiently while still meeting the intent of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs), including value for money and SME participation objectives.
As a prequalified MAS Panel supplier, Centium can be engaged using established panel terms and documentation, helping agencies move from scoping to RFQ and engagement with less administrative overhead for lower-value advisory requirements.
Step 1: Define the Scope
Confirm the requirement is in-scope under the MAS Panel and aligns to the relevant service category or subcategory.
Step 2: Issue an RFQ
Send a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Centium (and other suppliers if required), referencing SON3751667 and the applicable MAS service subcategory.
Step 3: Engage via Order for Services
Once selected, issue an Order for Services under the MAS Head Agreement to formally engage Centium and commence delivery.
The MAS Panel is published on AusTender under Standing Offer Notice SON3751667. When preparing an RFQ or internal procurement documentation, agencies may reference this SON number to confirm the correct panel arrangement.
