Centium has been partnering with Energy Retailers to deliver compliance audits that meet regulatory requirements, improve operational efficiency and enhance overall customer experience. Our audits are cost effective, add value and are performed by qualified auditors in accordance with the Standard on Assurance Engagements ASAE 3150.
In previous years, we have assisted several Energy Retailers in ensuring that they meet their obligations with respect to the NSW Social Programs for Energy Code. Such audits are required annually by the NSW Department of Planning, Industry & Environment.
Centium has had the opportunity to work with several Energy Retailers to provide reasonable assurance that their operations are compliant with Australian Energy Regulator Guidelines. Most recently, we have assisted a mid-size Energy Retailer to demonstrate compliance with hardship provisions specified in the Guidelines.
