Alok is a highly experienced business management professional with nearly thirty years of experience in the public sector. He has a proven record of delivering value in complex and ambiguous operating environments having worked on whole-of-government policy challenges of strategic significance to the Government. He held a variety of senior roles spanning program development & management, regulatory reviews, economic policy development, program review and stakeholder engagement in the NSW Government.
Over the past decade Alok has consulted to a range of public sector organisations on strategy development, business performance improvement, corporate governance, probity & procurement, asset management and system and process improvement.
