Jane has held several executive leadership roles in the public service in QLD and NSW. She successfully led the Child Protection and Code of Conduct investigations functions in NSW Education for 18 years. She has extensive practical investigative experience within highly political environments and has also undertaken a number of significant change management projects. Jane has a particular interest in supporting leaders to effectively manage conflict and poor workplace behaviour, to enable improved outcomes in the workplace. She is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators.
