John has over 40 years’ experience in accounting, finance, internal audit and corporate services gained in the public (State & Local Governments), private and Not for Profit (NFP) sectors.
In addition to serving as Company Secretary in a number of companies, John has been responsible for the risk management function for a large NFP group.
John has extensive experience in financial accounting, taxation, governance, management & statutory reporting and procurement & contracting. John has extensive experience in management consulting, accounting and auditing services involving fraud risk analyses, system-based reviews, operational audits, financial and operational due diligence reviews.
