Kerrie is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia and an experienced Chief Audit Executive and Chief Risk Officer. Kerrie has extensive senior management experience leading the establishment, oversight and improvement of integrated governance systems and frameworks to manage the elements of risk, audit, business continuity, fraud and corruption control, performance, compliance, and policy management. She also has a strong background in information technology, project management, and change management with experience across NGOs, NFPs, and the public and private sectors.
