Lee has more than 20 years of general management experience, including ten years as a member of the NSW Senior Executive Service. Her last public sector role was Assistant Commissioner Security and Intelligence, NSW Corrective Services. Prior to that she was Executive Director Community Offender Services and the Governor of numerous correctional centres, including the three correctional centres for women. Throughout her career she has conducted and managed investigations. Following that, she has for five years investigated workplace misconduct in the NSW health sector and local government.
