He is a qualified lawyer, electronics engineer and change management professional, with over 25 years of experience in successfully managing complex information technology and policy challenges in both the government and private sectors. He has held senior executive management positions within the Judicial Commission of NSW, where he personally developed and implemented world leading sentencing support and judicial research systems.
