Roger has extensive experience investigating misconduct across all levels of government and is a specialised Code of Conduct Reviewer. He has undertaken more than 200 workplace investigations that include grievances, bullying & harassment, Public Interest Disclosures (PID’s), fact findings, disciplinary actions, OH&S risk management, Procurement integrity, fraud, and complaints from members of the public.
With a Commercial & Private Inquiry (CAPI) licence, he has conducted investigations in organisations that include the ATO, DOCS, Environment & Heritage, Sydney Ferries, Family & Community Services, Aboriginal Affairs, NSW Fire & Rescue Service, Department of Fair Trading, Australian National Maritime Museum, and a number of metropolitan and country Councils.
He has conducted strategic absenteeism management programs, developed and implemented Codes of Conduct for organisations (including those with major volunteer components), and Disciplinary practices, with union negotiation. He has an Australian National Security Clearance through his work in Federal Government.
