Rohan is an experienced senior corporate and insurance investigator with over 40 years’ investigation experience. He has undertaken investigations on behalf of many ASX Top 100 companies as well as numerous government agencies. He has managed investigation teams across the country and internationally and has successfully investigated matters involving multi-million dollar fraud, insurance fraud, workplace matters and systemic breaches of the Fair Work Act, including the underpayment of employees.
He has been involved in numerous well publicised investigations requiring media management and highly sensitive cases requiring the utmost discretion.
Drawing on the experience gained from having personally conducted in excess of 3,750 witness interviews and his qualifications in Counselling, Rohan has a well developed skill as an investigative interviewer. Rohan believes that establishing a rapport is fundamental to the success of the interview and that it is key to take the time to make the witness feel comfortable at all times.
Rohan has undertaken presentations to the Financial Services Council and the Australian Life Underwriters and Claims Association on a number of occasions in relation to the Privacy Act and the investigation of insurance claims. He also regularly presents to and trains clients in relation to investigation.
