Specialising in complex workplace investigations, Wendy has over 30 years of experience leading, conducting and managing investigations in local, state and federal government, as well as the private and not for profit sectors. With qualifications in psychology and law, and a background in employee relations and professional conduct in NSW government, Wendy has advised and assisted clients with investigations, grievance management, probity, Code of Conduct assessments, workplace safety (psychosocial) and management/business reviews. She has also developed training manuals and has coached Senior Executives on investigation, dispute resolution, complaint handling and corruption prevention techniques and strategies, at all times exercising integrity and the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
