Jennifer has over 30 years’ experience in employee relations, people and culture and regulatory compliance across both state and local governments. She specialises in complaint management, performance management, grievance handling and investigations into employee conduct, reportable conduct matters.
Jennifer has held senior executive roles for over ten years with responsibility for workplace ethics, professional standards and strategic HR matters. She has managed complex employee investigations, performance and discliplinary matters including those involving children; bullying and harassment and fraud and corrupt conduct. She led the Professional Standards Unit within Fire & Rescue NSW for over 6 years, developing and implementing significant cultural and behavioural reforms. She is well versed in public interest disclosures and reporting obligations to external oversight agencies.

Jennifer is a certified professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, and regularly mentors HR practitioners in both local government, state government and private sector businesses. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business degree with an Industrial Relations major from Charles Sturt University and a Certificate in Corporate Investigations from the University of Western Sydney.
