FRAUD & CORRUPTION RISK ASSESSMENTS – 2 YEARLY BEST PRACTICE

Centium specialises in a number of Fraud Prevention areas of practice. As you will know Fraud and Corruption Risk Assessments (F&C RA) should be conducted at least every two years (stipulated by AONSW) as they act as the risk warning indicator for each agency to maintain strong governance and prevent issues arising, thereby ensuring strong and effective risk controls. We are more than happy to meet with you and talk about (F&C RA’s) at any time and explain how we can help.

FRAUD & CORRUPTION PLANNING

Fraud & Corruption prevention planning is the most cost effective way to head off any potential adverse event. We can facilitate sessions with key staff to identify and understand your fraud and corruption risks – we will collect all the key information and write the report for you!

SERVICE DELIVERY REVIEWS

Most Councils and State agencies have service delivery processes that have often been in place for many years and may need an independent and supportive review. We have the expertise to visit your agency and risk assess your service delivery capabilities. We then provide useful feedback to help make your organisation more efficient and effective.

2018 NEW MODEL CODE OF CONDUCT – ARE YOU FIT FOR PURPOSE?

We are currently training a number of Local Government Councillors, Executive and Senior staff members, including HR Business Partners, highlighting the changes to the 2018 New Model Code of Conduct. These individually customised training sessions are being received very well and we plan to hold many more sessions over the coming months.

CENTIUM INVESTIGATIONS

Centium is currently engaged in a number of investigations across all levels of government. These include matters relating to Bullying & Harassment, Procurement Fraud, Conflicts of Interest, HR Selection Panels, Staff Misconduct and many other types of enquiries. As previously mentioned agency feedback has been excellent, especially relating to strong communication, professional investigations and excellent report writing. Centium also maintains competitive rates for all clients.

PROBITY

We are currently engaged supporting clients in the area of probity practice. If you are managing a procurement process involving a Tender proposal or Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), then give us a call as we specialise in this area. Probity is an area where it is best practice to use independent advisors from different companies to show integrity and transparency.
