Martin is a highly skilled practitioner, trainer and facilitator with longstanding experience in areas of workplace investigations, policy and ethics, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. He has worked extensively with local and state government agencies in NSW, Victoria, Western Australia and Northern Territory.
As a Senior Investigator, Martin has extensive experience in workplace investigations addressing Code of Conduct issues. He is also an experienced adult educator and has delivered a range of training courses in areas including Code of Conduct for Staff and Elected Representatives, Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Engagement.
