Kristy has over 20 years’ experience in the NSW Public Service, most recently as Chief People Officer. Her extensive experience includes; leading, overseeing and undertaking workplace investigations, reviewing disciplinary outcomes and making recommendations to Department Heads for appropriate action. Her expertise in complex investigations includes grievances, conduct matters, work health and safety, performance management and bullying and harassment.
She has experience in leading and delivering people and culture organisation-wide workforce policies, strategies and plans, and managing industrial disputes.
