Jennifer has over 25 years’ experience, seven as a senior executive, in public administration, strategic HR and industrial relations, including employee misconduct, bullying, harassment and other workplace-related issues.
Having worked in the justice, transport, education and not-for-profit sectors in NSW, Jennifer has an in-depth understanding of public administration, employment frameworks and the regulatory environment. Legally qualified with a Master of Public Administration Jennifer also has highly developed corporate governance, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
